Right, that's why I have

SRCDATE_qemu-native = 20070701
PREFERRED_VERSION_qemu-native = 0.9.0+cvs${SRCDATE_qemu-native}

in local.conf

I've heard that qemu build fails on 32bit systems, that could probably be fixed
by amending the 32b-mapping patch or by not applying it for x86 systems.

I believe the "proper" way is to merge in patchset from poky, that's exactly
the reason why I didn't try to fix this commit. On the other hand I keep
postponing it...
