Ah good, we make some progress narrowing the fault.

Any spare hciattach processes running when trying to suspend?

bluez on CF is totally broken in suspend/resume case normally oopsing the
kernel for me. Maybe usb is similar. I have to make sure all hciattach are
killed before suspend.
