I refreshed all the patches against 2.6.20.4. 
If you have 
SRC_URI_append_collie = "\
            file://mtd-sharp-flash-hack-r2.patch;patch=1 \
            file://collie-r2.patch;patch=1 \
            ${DOSRC}/collie/ucb1x00-touch-audio-r1.patch;patch=1 \

in the linux-rp_2.6.20.bb and tweak the kernelconfig the kernel builds and
boots.
In the first mtd-sharp-flash-hack update I forgot some files..
Now a have a working 2.6.20.4 kernel on my collie ;)
