Junqian Gordon Xu posted glibc-binary-localedata-en-gb_2.5-r6_armv5te.ipk
generated by qemu built with gcc4+this patch. I confirm that it matches byte to
byte with one generated by pristine OE qemu built with gcc3.

So, I recommend this patch to be committed to OE.
