Then perhaps the Angstrom repository is lagging behind the OE repository. I
already posted:

And after an "ipkg update":

root at brick:~$ ipkg install asterisk
Package asterisk (1.2.9.1-r6) installed in root is up to date.
Nothing to be done

So my asterisk is up to date with the latest version offered by Angstrom.
