Update: I reconfigured the USB gadget subsystem as a loadable module, then
recompiled and reflashed.  Suspend now works well as long as the sa1100_udc
module is not loaded.  If it is loaded at the time I try to suspend, the
machine appears to suspend but can not resume.  The cancel button no longer
functions and a reset is required.

Note that I have also built the g_ether and g_serial modules, but I have not
loaded them for these tests.
