Modmap for Zaurus clamshells, tested on SL-C3200 (terrier)

The Zaurus clamshells don't get a custom keymapping. There are a number of
labels on their builtin keyboards that are unused now.

The file that loads keymaps for different devices needs updating:
  /etc/X11/Xinit.d/12keymap
Currently it only gives the Zaurus SL-C1000 and SL-C3X00 devices a modmap when
they are running a 2.4 kernel according to uname.

The attached modmap adds a lot of functionality. It is tested on a SL-C3200 and
documented.
