I have updated the modmap. Commented again.

With regards to the extra buttons, I have taken your suggestion and used
F20..F30 for the eleven fields next to the screen. For the remaining five
buttons beneath the keyboard I used F13..F19. Two of those have two keysyms
assigned because of double labels. As an added bonus, the eleven keys next to
the screen return F1..F11 when touched with Fn or Shift pressed. The F12 can be
gotten with Fn/Shift with the menu button.

We get pretty close using F1..F30. :)
