I have added a patch as bug 2617 comment 21.

I carefully reviewed all mixers and defined them.

The same config files should be usable for akita, because all sound hardware
differences are handled by kernel and user space cannot see any difference.

Note that zaurusd bug 2571 will break the configuration again whenever you
insert/remove headphones or whenever you open/close the lid.
