Patch to fix apm check

When building Angstrom opie-image for h2200, opie-batteryapplet is not
included. To me it seems like this is because task-opie.bb (and
task-opie-16mb.bb) are checking COMBINED_FEATURES for "apm", where
MACHINE_FEATURES should be checked instead. The attached patch corrects this.
