The patch against mtn as-of mid-october

I propose a improvement to the default spitz and akita keymaps (which are
basically the same).

The changes wrt the original keymap:

1. Added Fn+1..0 as F1...F10. This gets propagated into X11 nicely and even
Shift+Fn+# works as Shift+F#, as expected.

2. Fixed the Del key to actually work. The "Delete" keyword is actually a
synonym of BackSpace so Del never worked here. The correct keyword is "Remove"
which maps correctly to X_Delete in X11. Maybe this is an issue in other PDAs
as well, but this has to be checked by the respective mentors.

3. I found impossible to enter the ascii grave character (`) from keyboard, so
I added Shift+'-' to enter the grave character. Fn+'-' is still the '@'
character as before.

4. Mapped Fn+p to Insert, as there's no Ins key on the keyboard in general.
It's just below Del so it's more or less logic and handy, and it's not used in
any simplistic locale keymaps (for fi and de).

5. I have mapped Home and End to Fn+Left and Fn+Right, just like Fn+Up maps to
PgUp and Fn+Down maps to PgDown. Due to this change I have moved the 'switch to
previous console' and 'switch to next console' combinations to
Fn+Control+Left/Right. This is not a function too useful for end users anyways,
and developers won't find it too hard to press one more modifier I hope, in
exchange they'll get Home and End, quite fair I'd say :)

6. Changed the key between "Alt" and "-" (the one with two hieroglyphs
separated by a slash) to map to "Do" key which is translated to XK_Execute in
X11. There is little use for a second Control key, maybe we can find a use for
a Execute key. In general, I have a idea to use this key for language
switching.

7. For the '+', '-', '*' symbols (which are usually accessed via
Fn+something), if you press now it together with Shift, you'll get
keypad +, - and * respectively. Not that it matters a lot, but
sometimes this can be useful.

8. Fn+x, Fn+c, Fn+v will generate the XF86Cut, XF86Copy, XF86Paste
symbols, as designed on the keyboard. Not sure what applications honor this
anyways, but now you at least have some extra keysymbols ;)

9. The Calendar, Address, Mail, Home, Menu keys will generate
respectively XF86Calendar, XF86Phone (not the 'telephone' character
which is incorrectly generated for some other PDAs! XF86Phone is a
symbol while `telephone' is a Unicode character), XF86Mail,
XF86HomePage, Menu symbols as designed on keyboard. This change
required some modifications of the default keylaunchrc.matchbox too,
and to the config for "gpe-conf keys".

Now some console-only improvements (these aren't picked up by X11):

1. Moved console switching combinations from Ctrl+Alt+1..4 to Fn+Control+1..0,
e.g. you can switch to one of 10 consoles now. The Ctrl+Alt+# combinations are
handled internally by kernel for debug things in current kernel (SysRq).

2. Fn+Control+Left/Right will switch to previous/next console. Previously that
was Fn+Left/Right which is Home/End now.

3. Added Fn+Shift+Up (e.g. Shift+PageUp) to scroll text console up, Fn+Shift+Dn
(e.g. Shift+PageDn) to scroll text console down, like on PC.

I've also removed all "compose" entries at the end of the keymap as there's no
"Compose" key defined anyway so they are unusable anyways.

---

Unfortunately, Caps Lock (e.g. Fn+Tab) doesn't work in X11 (and it never
worked), in console it's ok. This seems a limitation of the X server itself,
which always expects the CapsLock symbol to be in column 1 to work (e.g.
CapsLock must be the primary key meaning), while on Zaurus CapsLock stays on
the Tab key.

This patch also solves (I think) bug #2429 except the comma/slash issue which
is (I agree with Matthias Hentges) not really a issue.
