Summary: syslogd fails to start at boot with busybox 1.7.2
Product: Openembedded
Version: unspecified
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Build
AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
ReportedBy: B_Linuz at yahoo.com
Basically, syslogd fails to start at boot with the /etc/init.d/syslog script,
leading to annoying kernel messages on the tty, not to mention other problems.
This happens because the /etc/init.d/syslog script wants to start syslogd with
the "-m" option, which is no longer valid. So it doesn't start. :)
No patch or fix attached, though. :/
