patch to fix cc1 location

Icecc breaks when using a fixed $CROSS_DIR (/opt/toolchain) because gcc looks
for cc1 in directories that aren't being send to icecc...

See a dummy compilation using the env created by icecc-create-env.sh:

$ strace /tmp/ice/usr/bin/gcc test.c -o test.c  2>&1 | grep cc1

But the cc1 is under:
$ find /tmp/ice -name cc1
/tmp/ice/usr/bin/cc1
