Finally I managed to make it work somehow but it is extremely ugly way to do
it:

1) Just prepare your SD rootfs (in my case ext2 partition with extracted
rootfs)
2) install altboot as usual from the feeds.
3) edit "/etc/altboot-menu/15-bootSD" with nano vi or whatsoever and add the
line

/etc/init.d/udev start

at the very top of the file.
4) ignore the error messages of udev already running.
5) let me know if it works
6) make people fix the package :)
