fix patches for Ruby 1.8.5

The patches in the Ruby 1.8.5 recipe are broken (diff of a diff?). This fixes
the issues and the patches apply again so that the socket extension for Ruby
are built.

As the patches and recipes are the same for
org.openembedded.angstrom-2007.12-stable and org.openembedded.dev, they can be
applied to both branches.
