Making sure that autotools patch is not applied to 5.2.5 (by commenting it out
in the SRC_URI in php.inc for example), I got one step closer to a successful
compile for "bitbake mysql mysql-native;bitbake php-native".

steliosk, can you help us out by updating the autotools patch to 5.2.5?  I am
not sure what still needs to there and what has become obsolete.
