Summary: Display not working on h5500
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: Angstrom 2007.12
          Platform: ARM
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: Distributions
        AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
        ReportedBy: dkm at kataplop.net

I flashed
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/releases/2007.12/images/h5000/Angstrom-x11-image-glibc-ipk-2007.12-h5000.rootfs.jffs2
on my h5500. The image boots well (I can see using the serial connection), but
the screen remains silent :(
At the beginning, I have vertical lines on the screen with backlight on, then
it seems to be switched off...
I can't investigate by logging via serial as I have the message "no valid
shadow password" (I guess this is the job of the gpe setup thing that should be
running and waiting for user input).

I'll try to compile Angstrom 2008.x (I see the BTS is refering to this version,
but I did not see anything on the angstrom web).
