Currently most of the patches required for uclibc gcc to work are disabled on
gcc 4.3.1. So the toolchain for uclibc does not build. I have refreshed the
required patches to get the uclibc toolchain working with gcc 4.3.1 on ARM.

Patch coming shortly.
