patch to enable uclibc specific patches

This patch disables objc for arm-uclibc because it does not build right now
even on gcc 4.2.4

and it refreshes all patches which are needed to get uclibc toolchain compiled.

Tested on arm-angstrom-linux-uclibcgnueabi
