i close the bug because:
-according to Laibsch my image is broken(because in the configuration
screen(such as language settings just after the calibration) it should have a
taskbar.
-i wait for my other bug to be resolved in order to see if it has the same
issue
-i didn't add require conf/distro/include/preferred-opie-versions-1.2.3.inc

by the way it's filename(for the date) are:
Angstrom-opie-image-glibc-ipk-2008.1-test-20080128-qemuarm.rootfs.filesystemType
