Summary: h2200-bootloader broken causing suspend failures
Classification: Unclassified
Product: Openembedded
Version: Angstrom 2007.12
Platform: ARM
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: P1
Component: Distributions
AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
ReportedBy: bluelightning at bluelightning.org
In current builds (r17) the h2200-bootloader package (which simply copies
/dev/mtdblock0 to a file in /lib/firmware in postinst) does not work since the
kernel-module-mtdblock package is not installed by default. It seems under
certain circumstances this can cause suspend to fail.
Ideally the h2200-bootloader package should depend on kernel-module-mtdblock so
that this cannot occur.
