while trying to build gdb-cross_6.8 on x86_64 host I stumbled upon this error.

This error can be avoided if we have --disable-werror on gdb configure. However
the good solution is to patch expat so that it defined XMLDECL properly

and also the recipe for expat is quite old revision we are using but the
upgrade is for another day
