fix for sub issue 1 - 4

the following problems exist:

1) there is an olsr and an olsrd folder containing recipes for the olsr daemon

2) there are many old versions (0.4.x) of olsrd needing special patches

3) latest release 0.5.5 is not supported

4) binary package "olsrd-libs" actually contains olsr plugin and those are
optional. there should be one binary package per plugin and one should be able
to install them independently.
