[Bug 4384] cleanup olsrd recipes

I cleaned up the OLSR recipes and consider this finished.

What I did:

 - moved 0.3.1, 0.4.x and cvs to obsolete/olsr (the cvs variant was basically
for 0.4.9)

 - made each olsr plugin an optional binary package
 - simplified remaining 0.5.3 recipe
 - added 0.5.5

 - removed 0.3.1 preference from openmoko (I consider this a distro
configuration bug since olsr 0.3.1 and olsr*d* 0.4.x/0.5.x could not be
installed at the same time)

 - named the common directory olsrd, like the recipes
 - renamed the files directory from 'olsrd' to 'files' like it is done for
other OE recipes

If someone has a strong interest in the older olsrd daemon it is possible to
get them back from obsolete/ .
