which is forgotten on resume -> bug 3664

I added the libertas card to the apm-wifi-suspendfix package in
795685d9c4cce2768321f029142a0224520964b7

While I am a bit surprised that your machine takes a full 60 seconds to resume,
this and other problems you were describing are most likely another issue. 
Please compile the latest apm-wifi-suspendfix, install it and if you still have
problems with a slow resume process, open another report about it.
