I'm puzzled by why the autobuilder picked up 0.2.1-pre6

2007 feed has 0.2.7 because of Angstrom-preferred-version.inc
2008 feed has 0.2.8+svn because of highest PV

is DEFAULT_PREFERENCE = "-1" the solution to prevent it from being accidentally
picked up?
