Summary: Building an already completed package with "bitbake
                    <packagename>" automatically cleans and rebuilds.
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
        ReportedBy: C.Linuz at gmail.com

For example: I build a package with "bitbake <packagename>". It completes
successfully. If I enter the same command again, it cleans the package's stamps
and rebuilds, in contrary to the older behaviour where it just didn't do
anything.

This is a problem with rm_work.bbclass, and in particular the function
"rmwork_stampfixing_eventhandler()". Commenting everything after line 34
(addhandler rmwork_stampfixing_eventhandler) reverts to the older behaviour.

As RP said, you probably want it to ignore build/buildall.
