I changed the title from "htckaiser touchscreen not working in Xfbdev
(x11-image)" to "Xfbdev not working on htckaiser" because it is Xfbdev that
doesn't operate as it should. The touchscreen works well with tslib testing
programs and X doesn't actually draw anything and that's still a problem.

I suspect it is something about refresh mecahanisms. in google android, where
the framebuffer is accessed more directly, display works well. stefan_schmidt
proposed to check whether ioctls cause a problem with refresh and told me to
compare android ioctls with Xfbdev ioctls but I don't know how.
