task do_rootfs: failed

Hi,

While attempting to build a minimal-image it fails while doing the root fs.  I 
am having problems trying to determine the actual error.

What is displayed is:

| ERROR: duplicate src declaration.  Skipping:
|        src oe-x86 file:/stuff/tmp/deploy/glibc/ipk/x86

but I am not sure if this is the actual error or resulting from a previous 
failure.

The only other abnormality is earlier, where the following is displayed:

| /stuff/tmp/rootfs/usr/lib/opkg/info/libvolume-id0.postinst: line 
10: /etc/udev/mount.blacklist: Permission denied

Any advice, or pointer where to look would be appreciated.
