OpenEmbedded features

how would you compare OpenEmbedded to eCos?

for a specific project to build an OS with minimal power requirement. [fanless design]. which would be better? eCos or OE?

I know that OE has far more features - so please add the one you like
most and soon we have a very nice page that can be used to convince
people that we have a great build system. Additionally we can use this
page to prepare marketing material. :)
