Newbie - First Angstrom Build problem

I am building the x11-image
MACHINE at91sam9261ek
DISTRO angstrom-2008.1


I get down to task 3990 out of 3991 which is do_rootfs and the build
fails at this point.

The failure is
/home/ed/OE/build/tmp/staging/i686-linux/usr/bin/ipkg.py:39:
DeprecationWarning: the md5 module is deprecated; use hashlib instead
|   import md5


How do I fix this?
