state of php support

Hej!

It's me and php again ;-)  Currently php from org.openembedded.dev 
doesn't build because LD_LIBRARY_PATH points to target binaries.
http://bugs.openembedded.net/show_bug.cgi?id=4942 fixes this.
And http://bugs.openembedded.net/show_bug.cgi?id=4727 adds fastcgi 
support (kind of, needs polishing).

Could someone please look at the fastcgi support and commit both to the 
repository?

PS: should I change the state of a bug to "fixed" or something to reflect 
that a patch is available?
