upgrading a package via ipkg

Hej!

When I upgrade my slug running angstrom with self compiled packages I get 
the following report:

root at newslug# ipkg install libxml2_2.7.2-r0.1_armv5teb.ipk
Installing libxml2 (2.7.2-r0.1) to root...
Configuring libxml2
Collected errors:
Multiple packages (libxml2 and libxml2) providing same name marked HOLD 
or PREFER.  Using latest.

Does this state a problem?
