The structure of OpenEmbedded is such that support for machines is added through additional layers (BSP layers) on top of OpenEmbedded-Core. Out of the box, OE-Core supports only emulated machines, but there are a number of BSP layers adding support for various machines.
To see a list of the available BSP layers, see the layer index (you can either search by name or click Search with no keyword to browse the list).
