Note that bug 3886 was we need to update our initscript to match debian /
ubuntu / etc and use the mechanics of udev 115 (what I wrote the changes for)
and is done.  bug 4118 is that we aren't getting all of the right nodes made in
time.  I'm not sure how bug 4212 could be udev, has anyone actually narrowed
things down to just udev in that case?

Regardless, a new version of udev might fix bug 4118, along with updating yet
again to the correct "trigger and wait" mechanics.
