I have a proposal for the TSC.

The last TSC did badly over process and procedure issues. We're all
primarily developers and development and technical issues are the things
we want to focus on.

Yocto recently gained someone who's job includes various community
functions. He would be prepared to help the TSC with some of the process
and procedure issues, if and only if we as a group were interested in
that. Just to be clear he would not be a voting member of the TSC, just
there to help. Meeting minutes or official communication would have to
be approved by the TSC members.

The TSC is able to work out the best way for it to work effectively so
this is something we can come to a conclusion on ourselves as a group.
