Unfortunately wiki spammers have made it impossible for us to allow free editing of the wiki by everyone - we have had to institute a fairly simple procedure in order to get editing privileges.

In order to be able to edit this wiki, please do the following:

  1. Register for an account as normal
  2. Respond to the registration email
  3. Either join #oe on freenode IRC or email the openembedded-devel mailing list requesting edit privileges
  4. Once we have confirmed you're not a spammer, your account will be promoted.

Our apologies for the inconvenience - wiki editing is open to everyone who wants to contribute, so please apply if you'd like to do so!
